We want to continue our Best of Choco Studio posts with a Behind the Scenes look at how some of our favorite 2010 images were created. Just remember that these are professionals at work i.e. don’t try this at home! :)

Next to each photograph you’ll also see a link which will take you to the images created during that session.

Thank you to Albert, the groom, who could not bare seeing our spare camera just laying on the floor not being used for taking this awesome picture of us at work! View Megan and Albert’s wedding at The Rotunda at Neiman Marcus.

On this day I had the task of making sure that no one gets run over by a car, but I just had to sneak in this one shot! Lorena and George’s wedding at Harding Park and Four Seas Restaurant.

Sometimes, you’ll find us all pressed up against the wall:

This one makes me laugh every time I see it. I guess Mike really wanted to get out of my shot and was running really, really fast :) So fast he wasn’t touching the ground! Barbara and Carlos’ vintage-inspired engagement session:

Shooting with prime (fixed focal length) lenses has its downsides – you have to walk to zoom in and out. Or you can just lay down :)

What do you do when the best angle is from under the bushes? Crawl right under them! Whitney and Mike’s wedding at the Vine Hill House:

No wedding details will go undocumented – even if it means we need to shoot directly up or down :) You can see the resulting image in Kacie and Jon’s wedding:

It is great to see behind the scenes with other photographers. At times I get some ridiculous looks at the positions I put myself in to get the right angle… glad to see proof that I am not alone in looking silly at times
