Spring is here, the sun is out and everything is blooming! It got absolutely impossible to sit at home, so for Mike’s upcoming birthday we decided to check out some nature.

After a 3 hour drive to Mendocino we finally came to our destination - Vichy Springs Resort. I found this place after hours of searching online as a surprise for Mike.

The place was super relaxing: we soaked in mineral water tubs, slept, and hiked. I almost stepped on a garter snake on our porch and in the morning we saw deer right out of our windows. The nearby creek was teeming with fish, salamanders, ducks and lizards.

We had a great and relaxing time which seriously reenergized our creativity. Happy upcoming birthday, Mike!!
