We’re excited to post highlights from the recent wedding of Elizabeth and Chris at the W Hotel in San Francisco. January is usually a quiet month for weddings in the Bay Area, and that made this couple’s celebration even more unique. Liz and Chris’ ceremony and the reception party were blessed with clear skies as we joined their family and friends on a day that took us from their family church in the South Bay to the W Hotel in the city. Once we arrived to the W in downtown San Francisco we were wowed by the lighting and beautiful details in the reception room. Liz and Chris hosted a cocktail style reception complete with food stations, yummy drinks, and dancing into the night:

Do you ever see food that’s so elegant and unique it feels like a crime to eat it? This cake made us feel just this way, but alas, they weren’t going to let it go to waste :)

Anna and Gleb were married at the SF City Hall just a few days before Christmas. They were surrounded by friends and their festive ceremony took place under a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. Following the ceremony, we spent time roaming the halls and stairways of the City Hall while enjoying the perfect photo settings that surrounded us. The Palace of Fine Art and Crissy Fields were the next destinations on this chilly but sunny day and Anna even braved the cold for some barefoot beach photos.

We just loved shooting this session! It was a day before Christmas and Golden Gate Park was pretty much empty. We walked all the way around the De Young Museum, climbed the Temple of Music and slowly made our way up to Stow Lake.
